SITE WORK PERFORMED: Florida Panhandle and Select SE Markets
Clearing involves cleaning debris such as old fences, trash, brush and other obstacles every project encounters when "existing conditions" are discovered.
Excavation often requires demolition of buildings, fences, sunken wells or septic tanks, bringing in fill, erosion requirements and other requirements from the city.
Grading the site allows roads to be roughed-in so after clearing and demolition, fill can satisfy code requirements for adequate compaction and building "Pad" installation.
